SEND YOUR LOGO DESIGN TO [email protected] OR ALLOW US TO OFFER 3 DIFFERENT CUSTOM DESIGNS TO CHOOSE FROM WITH YOUR BUSINESS NAME AND SOCIAL MEDIA INFO INCLUDED. (OPTIONAL)

2. HOW FAST WILL I RECEIVE MY BOOTH ONCE I PLACE MY ORDER? 

ALLOW 1-2 DAYS FOR PROCESSING YOUR PAYMENT. 1-2 DAYS FOR CREATING YOUR DESIGN & APPROVAL.  1-3 DAYS TO SHIP OUT YOUR BOOTH & 7-10 DAYS FOR SHIPPING AND DELIVERY. 

3. HOW EASY IS IT TO SET UP THE BOOTH.

WE INCLUDE DIRECTIONS BUT ITS HONESTLY EASY & AFTER YOUR FIRST SET UP YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO ASSEMBLE IT IN ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES. 

4. HOW MUCH CAN I MAKE WITH A PHOTOBOOTH BUSINESS?

ITS AT YOUR OWN DESCRETION WHAT YOU WANT TO CHARGE PER EVENT. WE HAVE SEEN RATES STARTING ABOUT 100 ALL THE WAY UP TO 500 AN HOUR. YOU CAN EASILY MAKE 6 FIGURES WITH CONSISTENCY AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. 

5. CAN I RENT MY BOOTH OUT?

PEOPLE WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF YOUR BOOTH AND ENSURE GUEST SAFETY LIKE YOU WILL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALWAYS BE IN ATTENDANCE WITH YOUR BOOTH.  BUT YOU CAN DO WHAT YOU WANT. ITS YOUR BOOTH :) 

6. WHAT IF A VITAL PART OF MY BOOTH BREAKS? 

YOU CAN EMAIL US WITH DETAILS AND WE CAN HELP YOU ORDER & REPLACE THE PIECE IF ITS ABLE TO BE FIXED. UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT REFUND OR REPLACE BOOTHS OR PARTS FOR FREE DUE TO CUSTOMER ERROR. 

7. CAN I RETURN IT IF I DONT LIKE IT?

UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT RESELL A PHOTO BOOTH WITH YOUR LOGO ON IT SO UNLESS IT IS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS. 

8. CAN I PAY IN INSTALLMENTS?

WE ARE WORKING TO ADD SEZZLE AND AFTERPAY AS OPTIONS IN THE NEAR FUTURE. 

9. CAN I CALL AND ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE PURCHASING A BOOTH?

ABSOLUTELY! WE ENCOURAGE IT. OUR CONTACT INFORMATION IS LISTED ON OUR CONTACT PAGE.

10. WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER? 

YES. ONCE WE HAVE DESIGNED AND PACKAGED YOUR BOOTH AND SHIPPED IT OFF YOU WILL RECEIVE TRACKING .
